User data deletion

Kooryr (https://kooryr.com) provides tools for ecommerce sellers to connect sales channels and manage logistics. This page explains how to remove data obtained through Facebook Login and related Meta products (Facebook Shop, Instagram Shopping).

Option 1 — Remove Kooryr in Facebook settings

1. Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Go to Business integrations or Apps and websites.
3. Find Kooryr and choose Remove or Delete.
4. Facebook notifies Kooryr automatically. We disconnect your store and delete Meta access tokens stored for your account.

Option 2 — Disconnect inside Kooryr

1. Sign in to your Kooryr account at https://kooryr.com.
2. Open Apps → Facebook and Instagram.
3. Click Disconnect. This revokes our access to your Facebook Page, catalog, and Instagram business account data.

Option 3 — Email us

Email privacy@kooryr.com from the address linked to your Kooryr account. Include:

• Your Kooryr account email
• Your Facebook profile name or Page name (if known)
• Whether you want Meta data removed only, or full account deletion

We respond within 30 days and confirm when deletion is complete.

What we delete

When you remove Kooryr or request Meta data deletion, we delete or disconnect:

• Facebook / Instagram OAuth access tokens
• Connected Page, catalog, and Instagram business account identifiers
• Pending connection metadata from Meta
• Webhook payloads received from Meta associated with your business (on request)

Inventory and shipment records you created in Kooryr may be retained where required for tax, accounting, or legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for retention periods.
